My first time on this track (and my first proper trackday). The weather was quite bad, showers around noon so the track was never 100% dry. Nevertheless, I had some great fun, although I'm even more disappointed now for not having an LSD :banghead:
Oh and yes, I really should be heel-toeing, but I just can't seem to get it working in the MR2 :mad2

And then the fun really started :cheer2:

hmm...with all due respect, I think you'd be well served to learn how to heel and toe to rev-match the downshifts and help avoid locking the rear wheels.

The pedals in MR2s are placed very well for this and it's a lot kinder to the car mechanically as well.

Well I'm finding it quite difficult to heel-toe in the MR2. While in our Rav4 I can heel-toe quite easily. In the Rav4 the gas pedal is sitting pretty high compared to the brake, while in the MR2 the pedal is sitting quite deep. I just can't seem to put my heel deep enough to reach the pedal :(
Practise makes perfect I guess (hope) :p
