Ahhhh! Sorry I've seen a diy write up somewhere on this site or mr2.com and I cant seem to find it after an hour of searching these boards for the writeup!

I got the timming gun, the TE1 and E1 terminals linked, but I cant find the crank wheel thing Im supposed to point the light gun at!!!! Do I need to remove the timming belt cover or something here? I swear I've seen the mark Im looking for in the past but I cant for the life of me find it now!

Can some one describe how I get to it or point me in the direction of the write up? Thanks alot

take off the passenger side engine panel.... shine a normal light down to the bottom of the motor, you will see a big pulley, THATS the crank pully, take the light gun and point it where the plastic cover overhangs on the pulley, those are the markings that you need to measure
