Toyota sells a 3 year anti-freeze that is only slighty more $ than the 2 year Prestone. Under no circumstances should anyone ever use the 5 year GM/Havoline anti-freeze as the Chevy service guy told me it turns to sludge after about 4 years.

is this like other coolants where you need 50/50 coolant/water?

Since the rad is in the front there is lots of plumbing and four drain cocks that need opening. My car came with about 3 feet of plastic tubing that connects to a sort of bleed off valve and then hangs off the raised frunk hood. This is to help in getting air out of the system. Doing a PROPER job is too much hassle for me so I let the Toyota dealer do it.
