Recently the backend of my car has been swaying back and forth at high speeds when im not on the throttle. It really only does it when im going fast and my foot is not on the gas. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

IMO the first step would be to get your wheels balanced and your alignment checked.

MR2s have this problem very frequently. I'm told the rear end tends to need an alignment often, compared to 90% of cars on the road today where shops will do only the front, MR2s always need the rear aligned, kind of a weak point.
Of the three MR2s (all mk2s) in my immediate family, ALL of them have this problem. So far I've tried balancing, and messing with alignment settings, nothing has helped, though the car tracks straight on as long as the road is super-smooth and flat. I think next I'm going to try new bushings.
Then maybe rear ball joints, good idea.
