I recently replaced my front brake pads, and when I was bedding them in, the Brake light came on and went off......then it just stayed on constantly, I'm not having any braking problems, and the parking brake isn't dragging..what's the culprit.
as zamiel said the brake indicator light serves 2 functions one to tell weather the e-brake is engaged and two to telll if your fluid level is low. If you bled your breaks your fluid likly could be low. I would be willing to bet thats the problem.
