Ok, ever since I done my jdm swap, my BPV makes a little bov type noise, just a little pshhh of air.

I have it set at 15 psi, and a apexi intake and gutted cats. Other mr2's I have noticed with a similar setup do not make the noise, just mine. Why is this?

Thanks

Do you have an OEM BPV recirculated? Does the BOV sound happen on throttle lift, or when you hit max boost?

Yea OEM BPV Recirculated. It happens when I lift off the throttle, like it would on any aftermarket BOV.

Thanks.

When I had my stock bov with an intake you could hear the BOV go off pretty decent.

A BPV is a By Pass Valve. It is the term used for the valve that releases turbo pressure when the throttle slams shut and recirculates the pressurized air back into the intake of the turbo.
