The BC2004 Event Planning Committee has reserved 50 rooms for BC2004 guests at a special rate of $99.75(CAD)/night. To reserve one of these rooms, you can:
1) Enquire via email ( [email protected] ) to the: Langley Reservation Office or directly to the Reservation Manager, ( [email protected] )
2) Call the hotel directly via one of the numbers above
3) Please ensure to quote the BC2004 Room Group Rate Number: '83231' to take advantage of the special rate.

As for the rest of you fence sitters... the hotel is quickly booking up; I suggest that you at least book your room as you can cancel without penalty up to 48 hours prior.
