Yesterday as I was driving I saw a pothole and I couldn't avoid hitting it thanks to a curb on one side of me and a car on the other, so to make a long story short MY Toms evolution C3 rims are now basically useless because the front driverside rim was bent out and cracked a little bit, As far as I know there is no where to get these rims seeing as how they are discontinued. If anyone can help in any way please do I love these rims.

Where was the pot hole at? Street or parking lot. A lot of times you are compensated for damages that occured from lack of upkeeping on surfaces. Unless it's not a big buisiness or if it's a city street/ highway/interstate etc. you may be able to receive some money from it.

If it happened on a public street, the municipality likely has no liability. Its still worth contacting the City and making a claim on their insurance. A private parking lot is a different story and insurance will likely apply.
