Are there any MR2 guys in Arkansas? I am going to be moving to the Ft. Smith area next week... I've seen 2 MR2s total in all of the time I've spent in the area, but I was hoping there would be a few forum members lurking that just haven't posted in their local MOC.

I feel for you... I was looking to spend my vacation this year by driving up through Hot Springs for some tourist stuff, then heading up further to Eureka Springs to traverse some extreme mountain roads.

Hoped that there would be some members lurking around that side too, but oh well, beautiful state anyway, worth seeing even if no one is there to hang out with.

I'm on the Oklahoma side of the line next to Ft Smith. I have not been to this site in a while and just happened upon this tonight catching up. I would be interested in getting together for some weekend rides. I have only seen a handful of MR2's in Ft Smith and have never gotten any response from them on the road.

I am hoping to get my MR2 back this Saturday. I live just south of Ft. Smith, but will be happy to meet up sometime soon!

That sounds good. I am in the middle of remodel on a flip and plan to be done at the end of August. Hopefully it will cool off some by then. I have been trying to find some local guys to do rides with since I got the car. There is a group of us from Spyderchat that do a spring and fall Spyder run here in AR and in NC.

Talked to my mechanic yesterday, and it doesn't look like I'll be getting my car back this weekend, so I don't know when I will be going back to Oklahoma to pick it back up - it's not a crazy long drive or anything, but I do have to orchestrate it so that someone can take me up there to pick it up. I would imagine that sometime by the end of the month I should have it back, though. When I have it back, I will post back to this thread.
