I just boughta used turbo kit off a guy. He sent the manifold along wiht teh adapter. Does teh 93 manifold bolt onto my 91? I just don't use teh 2 extra studs, right?

what do you mean it doesn't fit? there's no reason it shouldn't unless by 93 you're talking about a gen 3 motor.

Well it's a 9 hole manifold. And there's a bracket that doesn't let it slide into place. That last bolt on the passenger side has a braket that is in the way.

There is no benefit to using the 93 manifold, unless your head has the drilled and tapped bosses for the extra studs. You should take one of your 91 manifolds to a machine shop, and have them put it on the belt sander for you.

36 foot-pounds, IMS. It's in the BGB.

Belt sander is good enough? Well I used a 91 manifold and its installed already. So I'll wait to see if it's warped before I go head and get it machined.

I gue sthe benefit to a 93 manifold is that chances are it's not warped yet.
