I looked through a lot of the forum but found little on what I am looking for so here goes

What are the engine spec's for a 1993 gen2 3sgte clip?? is there any difference between a 91 and a 93 3sgte I have read that a gen2 has 220Hp and a gen1 3sgte has 200Hp both with a 15% loss at the wheels is this correct

any help would be great

Toyota never sold an MR2 with a Gen 1 3SGTE in it. All North American MR2's have Gen 2 engines, rated at 200 (flywheel) horsepower, and 200 foot-pounds of torque.

If you are talking about JDM 3SGTE's, the 90-93 engines (gen 2) produced 220 flywheel horsepower, and the 93.11+ engine (Gen 3) produced 245 (flywheel) horsepower.

Driveline loss on a stock Gen 2 U.S. spec is about 17%. A strong example will make 160-165RWHP.
