Great build man happy we have another platform for the chassis. I totally thought about this set up as well. Just so many more performance parts. Happy you brought this transmission to us as well. Maybe we can use this to help the 3sgte get faster in the 1/4 mile drag times.

I personally thought about doing this or a 13brew in the chassis. I seen someone else but the 13b in a spider.

Keep us posted I think your going to be running 10s in this thing all day possible 9s not 11s

Yeah it should run high 9’s based on HP potential of turbo and estimated weight. But I’m not really concerned with that. Sick Week will just be goal of 11’s all week and drive it to and from FL.

Then after sick week, drive the crap out of it in daily life, and do No Prep 1/8mi racing on “hard tires” which usually require 220 treadwear.

Made room for AC compressor and more wiring progress. Alternator, cam sensor, o2, oil pressure and fuel pressure all done. Left to wire, crank sensor, TPS, and air temp. Then finish up engine bay with valve cover gasket, intake manifold, heater core lines, wastegate lines, trans cooler, and fab intercooler piping.

Then back to suspension fuckery with ride height adjustments and alignment.

More progress. Still a bit of wiring to do, heater core lines, fab intercooler and downpipe and “should” be able to fire it up

It runs!!! Have to fix an oil leak on turbo feed and figure out why it’s idling at 2500 rpm. Think it’s the janky used 1g TB. Going to try the 2g I have and see what happens. (1g is 2MM bigger so wanted to try it)

I also think the trans speed sensor setup is off in. Seems like it’s reading too low (just in jackstands currently yet).

Need to make intercooler piping and downpipe yet. And bleed coolant system. And fix suspension.

But super happy it starts and runs. Revs up like a crotch rocket and sounds smooth as fu$k!!!! I’m super happy.

Took it out for a ride today. 12psi wastegate spring. Moves decent. Approximately 300hp. Will feel a lot better with 40psi. Lol.

Launched it a few times to. 3300 rpm and 10psi. Just barely hazed the tires. But I could also barely hold it back on the foot brake. So lowering the launch to 2800rpm for Sick Week.

Yup made it! Not bad for a quick unique build and lack of sleep doing it. Lol.

My goal was 11’s, one and done, at each track. Didn’t meet goal of 11’s at each track. Spun a couple of times due to poor burnout, treaded tires and water. I started skipping the water box and it improved. I still have some launch tuning to do, to get it more consistent and quicker in 60ft but the last day of 1.54 shows the potential. Results,,, 11.8; 12.2; 11.8; 13.0; 11.7

Have a ling list of little things to do and started knocking them out Sunday already. (New speed sensor, axle c clip, cold air intake). Plenty left to do. Lol

Yeah, an 11 is wildly impressive to me. Fastest I've ever been on a track was 13.7 and that felt like it was screwing! I've been in a 950hp Evo but street tires on an unprepped surface are no comparison.

I agree with ZT, the turnaround was nuts. Awesome fab work, awesome determination, big two thumbs up!

Thanks guys. It’s probably a 10 sec car at current power level which is nutty on the street for a little go cart. (11.7 had boost drop to only 12psi, from 28, after 6 sec on purpose, plus I lifted twice).

Once I fix a couple little things, I’ll turn the boost up to 40’ish :)
