Beautiful 1989 MR2 Supercharged, 60,000 miles, regularly maintained by Toyota dealership, garaged & covered always. I acquired this gem from the original owner who loved her baby since new.

The timing belt has been replaced several times along with water pump while in there. She did everything by the book for time, not miles. Supercharger oil, coolant every 2 years, oil every 3 months, oil looks brand new when drained, all work performed with Toyota parts and certified technicians.

If the timing belt replaced several times, by Toyota, it should be more than 60k on the odometer.
He said "by the book for time", although I can't recall if there is a time interval called out for the timing belt. But for a customer with a ready checkbook many a dealer would probably "recommend" changing that sucker every 6 or 8 years or whatever.
Especially for a woman owner (yes, I'm stereotyping here) that may not be too mechanically savvy. Another version of "pink tax", if you will.
