I am installin BLIZE Boost Controller right now, just wondering what is the safe boost level without SAFC? My friend tell me that with out SAFC, it will be better for me to run with 13psi.... if I want to run with 15psi, I need to buy the SAFC, otherwise it may blow the motor... Is that true??? Someone please help me, thanks.

plenty of people on the boards are running 15 psi on an otherwise basically stock motor

It is safe to run 15psi on a stock motor.
You should probably turn the boost down a bit when the ambient is below ~40F.

Also, SAFC is a BAD idea on the MR2 because the fuel corrections also effect timing. The only proper way to use it is to use it along with a fuel pressure regulator, and then only use it to add fuel, never to take away fuel, and even then only in small ammounts.

Your friends obviously don't know anything about MR2 fuel management. You will never go too lean on a properly running stock fuel system with the stock turbo.

As others have said, as long as your running the CT26, no afteramrket fuel mods are needed. And your better off NOT using the AFC.

youll do more damage with that safc then you ever will with just the boost controller at 13-15psi
