I know there are lots of scattered links on this but of course i still have a couple of questions. I appreciate and help.

I'll start with what i have started 87 usdm body-91 32gt3 jdm harness and motor and ecu:

N1 color function destionation

1: g-w -check engine- 22pin pin 7
2: y-b -oil press- ea3 pin 7
3: g-w -stop switch - to spoiler stop wire on trunk/firewall
4: b-w -injector relay- not used
5: -not used supercharger only
6: y-g -h20 temp sensor- ea3 pin6
7: b- efi main relay- eb1 pin 2 & Cor
8: b-y -10 amp engine fuse- eb1 pin 7
9: not used supercharger only
10: v-w-speed 22 pin pin 9
11: l-w-cooling fan relay choose not to use
12: b-r-engine main relay eb1 pin 4
13: w-r-am2 22 pin pin 1
14: not used supercharger only
15: b-tach ea3 pin 5
16: b-w- a/c amp 22pin pin 10
17: y-charge fuse to alt ea3 pin4
18: l-fuel pump ea1 pin 12
19: g-w-stopswitch(2) 22 pin pin4
20: b-g-cooling fan relay ground (for constantly on)
21: w-b-ground ea3 pin 3(gound to pin20 and cor ground here)
22: b- electrical idle up 22 pin pin 2

22 pin connector

All the connections are above to the n1 connector or below at the COR except ecu pin 14 (fc) connects to COR 1b (some ecu's this is pin 17 on the26 pin connector)

MK1 COR connections
1a: blue ea1 pin 12 blue- black
1b: blue n1 pin 18 blue and ecu 22pin pin#14(fc)
2a: black 22pin 12,13 both back-yellow
2b: black eb1 pin 2 black and yellow and eb1 pin 1 (fan on constat)
3: black 22pin pin11 red, black-white wire from mk2 starter relay
harness, which is the wire that is on the starter soleniod.
4: green-red ea1 pin 2 green red (this IS pin 17 on the 26 pin conn. on
the 91ecu -FC )
5: not use
6: brown ground (ground at n1 pin21)

M2 connector

fat white wire -- to the two alternator wire on the mk2 harness
fat black wire -- same as above
blue wire-- fan controller not using
black-white wire- (to starter solenoid) run a wire to cor pin3 which has
- pin11 from 22pin connector STA, then branch to the
- black and white wire on the mk2 starter relay harness

alternater bolt connection:

1-fat cable from the starter bolt to the battery.

these pins not used at

EB1

pin3 blue-blk ? cooling fan warning light i think?

EA1

pin3 blue and pink
pin4 blue w red dots
pin5 blue-yellow
pin9 pink
pin10 purple
pin11 blue-blk

EA3

pin1 white blue
pin2 yellow
pin8 red
pin9 brown-blk
pin10 y-blk
pin13 red -blk
pin16 blk-y
pin17 white- red
pin18 pink

22 pin connector

3 pin - empty
7 pin empty
8 pin - power steering
15 pin - abs

Well i think thats it.

Well just tryed starting something isn't correct at starter.
I turn the key and all my relays click dash lights up.
why wont the starter turn. If i jump a wire from the mk2 starter location to the black and white wire from m2 connector it turns over but no start. ([email protected] b-w wire is connected to starter, plus ecu wire pin11 STA, plus 1 thick wire from batt. and the small wire from the mk2 harness, and the cliped in wire on the back/side of the starter).

PLEASE Help!!!!!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure you need +12 v to M2 pins one and two. This is the power to the fuse box. No guarantees.... and not sure if that is your problem.

When I first tried to start my GZE swap, i could hear the relay but nothing happened. Then I realized that there was a signal wire to the starter that was not connected. (it was on the GZE engine harness) Once this was connected, it started right over.

i have the two fat wires from the m2 conn. (1=b, 1=w) both are connected to the 2 fat white wires (that are conn. by the flat metel mk2 bolt downplate). all four of these wire are connected and one wire from the battery is all connected together.
5 wires total. Then i have the black and white wire from the m2 conn. going to the hot wire of the mk2 starter relay clip. in trunk. not useingthe mk2 relay i am using the mk1 relay. I am using all the mk1 relays execpt the ign. relay. WHAT WIRES GO WHERE!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

is the black and white wire on M2 also running the the starter (to the solenoid plug, not the big terminal)?

Got wires, numbers and colors going through my head. Too many night of studing these threads. anyway, Cars turning over by key. But its to late to try and get it running. 12:30 am i don't think the nieghbors would appreciate. Alot of cranking and reving of the sweet sound of a 1.5. O.k. turn the key and it will crank all day. The list at the top of the page is my updated list of connections. I ran the diag. codes and got code 51. Can anyone help with this?

I think i have some confusion on the fc wire from the ecu. Im using a 91 ecu so it should be pin 17 on the 26 pin connector. now this wire is to be branched or cut off the harness to the COR??

Ok pin 26 on my ecu goes to the cor already. It happened to be ea1 pin2 to cor connection. So i assume this is my FC. Now on the 91 ecu pin out diagram, ecu 22pin connector pin 21 is ACT. WHERE DOES THIS GO. Sounds like it could be the reason for code 51 maybe?

Not pin 22, pin 21 on the 22 pin connector ACT

Im geting fuel, getting spark, I assume air is being forced. All dash acc. work. And when i run the Diagnostics by jumping TE1 to E1 i get code 51. Which i understand to be (switch signal) IDL or A/C signal to ecu
