3sgte running lean

Alright guys i have a problem with my a/f. my numbers are 15.0-15.6 on idle but when i full boost it goes to 10 but studders like hitting redline then it runs straight to lean. but when i gradually boost its fine but when i floor real quick it will boost till 10lbs then studders. Before my afr were 14.6-15.4 but my afm crapped out so after that i put an all trac afm and now my car runs lean. maybe a mr2 gen 2 afm?
my mods are:
upgraded jntercooler
3in berk dp
apexi gt
aem wideband
mbc on 14lbs
hks fcd
hks intake
3in intake pipe

I have had a few different AFMs on my car that I bought over the years. some of them would run incredibly lean even though they tested ok. Id say try a different AFM.
