I have a stock 93 Turbo Usdm, and want to put some 17x8 35's on the front, and 17x9 25's on the rear. Anybody know if i will have clearance issues? And also what can I put the same size tire on all four wheels even though they are staggered sizes?

17x8 +35 will be fine in the front that's what most use if you aren't using coilovers. Usually 17x9 +35 is what fits in the rear as well, I don't see you getting away with the extra 10mm without stretching the fender or increasing the camber.

You can do what you want with the tires but I would never recommend a square tire setup on a MR2.

Well, you can. The staggered tires are to stabilize the car. That is particularly important when you are trying to straighten out the car after an extreme maneuver. But, some people like an unstable car, particularly if they do all of their extreme maneuvering on a surface with lots of runout room.

Yip that will work. 10mm spacer? I assume these would either need longer studs or be bolt on. I don't know what the min thickness of bolt on spacers are.
I run 9+29 in the rear and it's got a little bit of poke. The 245/40R17 tyres needed the lip bent up and camber added but a 235/40R17 would be best for this.

See the attachments for the look. It has 8+37 front.

I have +35 8’s up front and depending on suspension, coilovers specifically you might need a spacer or crash bolts and camber plates... as for the rears, the +25 9” will fit but you will need to role the fenders or have it raised a shade higher and/or have setting stiffer for less bounce. I have 9” +30 and it works with a tiny fender scrape on certain dips... also I have 215/245’s 17/18 setup
