Custom Daytime Running Lights in place of fogs

Has anyone seen these before? I think they look fantastic. I'm trying find out if they are custom or sold somewhere.

Thanks

I like the concept. But that shot looks fakey, any other angles?

Yea, I really like it too. But I dunno how real it is, I cant find anything on the web even close to what this is. Its really similar to the new Mercedes/Audi styling on their headlights. I am going to have to figure this one out... Many ideas forming in my noggin...

Wouldn't be that hard to make it yourself. Maybe contact 'lotu' as he made the clear door lens for courtesy lights. After you get outer lens made its simply a job of placing the right LED's inside and sealing up.

looks like it was a mash up of parts to get the look.. if you ordered two sets of these.. you could make it happen.. I just searched ebay and this was my closest find in 5 mins worth of searching. ..

So I was doing some research and you can practically DIY any shape of light strip that you want using either flexible LED strips in front of a frosted acrylic diffuser or an LED acrylic rod heated and bent to the desired shape. Pretty nifty stuff. I wish I had the money and time to try it out but you're looking at spending roughly $50 for materials and then you need a set of ebay/oem fog lights to integrate them into.
