Hey! I just need a quick run down on what sizes I can fit on my stock mr2. No coil overs (yet) or lowering springs. I like the 5 spoke design and bronze color scheme to match my disgustingly bright solar yellow mr2. Also some small side walled tires to go along with it.

That might be too vague of a question for most to answer; there are lots of wheel/tire combos that fit these cars (the most common upgrade being 17x7/8 +35 w/ 215/40-17 fronts, 235/40-17 rears). 17x8/9 w/ the same tire sizes & wheel offsets are probably the most posted about but certainly not the most common.

How about some specificity?

Ok sorry for the vagueness, im looking for wheels that are light, inexpensive, and have a low spoke count. I like the wider offset look so the 8 front and 9 rears sound better. Any suggestions?

Yup, you're new at this.

I've never seen such a combination of traits. A light wheel takes engineering and money for R&D. You have to pick 2 of those 3 attributes you've given (unless you go used forged).

RePete is quite right with pick 2 of the 3.
However the Motegi Tracklite wheels posted here might just be exactly what you are after. Not sure on price but they fit and are light.

If it's a 93T, then the stock color is Signal Yellow. Remember that larger wheels = harsher ride due to shorter sidewall and more unsprung weight (unless you get mega$ forged wheels).

Yes the ride is harsher but you don't need mega$ forged wheels to have light wheels.
In comparison a set of Advan racing RG-D wheels in 17x8/9 weigh exactly the same amount as the stock 15s. These cost me around $1,500 USD and this included Advan centre caps and Advan steel lug nuts. Not that expensive IMO.
However the RG-D is a semi forged wheel with pressure cast outer lip and spokes and flow formed inner barrel. Not a fully forged wheel like ENKEI RPF1 of which are very light and well priced.

Depending on the suspension setup this can change for the front. Standard struts, stock height or lowered, anything more than +38 probably won't fit. You need to run a 215/40R17 tyre. Do not use a 45 profile or it will hit the spring perch. If coilovers then +30 is recommended or a +35 with a 5mm spacer. I assume spacers are allowed where you are. Not all countries allow it so easily.

Ive decided on some silver Jnc005's. 17x8.5 for the front and 17x9.5 for the back. They have a +30 offset and a 5x100 lug pattern. Will these fit with no clearance issues?

That's quite a different wheel to your original wish list. They won't be light.
5x100 is your first problem, SW20 are 5x114.3. However looking at the website 5x114.3 is available for these wheels. Rears will be +32 so ever so slightly better than the +30 of the other wheel.
The width and offset are OK for the front. Run a 215/40R17 tyre and some camber.
The rear you will need to roll your fender lip up and run a 235/40R17 with camber to make it fit. It doesn't stick out too far but far enough to cause issues on a lowered car.
