92 Fixer Upper

Got a 92 5s Non turbo that needs some work.
Whenever I drive over speed bumps, either the suspension, struts, or shocks make it sound horrible. I wanna switch out all this because I don't believe the original owners payed attention to maintenance on that. Where could I see how to do all that? Another issue, when I start the car sometimes with my foot down on the clutch it'll make a high pitch squeaking noise and sometimes I'll see a little bit smoke rising too, I'm new to all this and it's kinda intimidating just because there's a lot of work to be done. Help a brotha out 👌🏾

Sounds like a slipping belt. Tension could be wrong, belt could be worn out, or one of the driven accessories could be seized.

Please: Take that car to a shop to get that suspension noise sorted out. Your life may depend on it!
