Thanks Bill. Now I've spent more time daydreaming on how to effectively route air through the front fenders, then on what paint scheme i'm gonna have for my car!

Nice and clean looking. A bit large for my aesthetic taste (would prefer two smaller split vents before dropping cash)
but what matters is if it is functional for what you need. Did you lay out and fab that up yourself? If so, good job.

Actually not my car, it belongs to the guy who built my 2nd gen 3sgte before I owned my MR2 (long story). Saw it at a car show once and he sent me a link to his photobucket about my engine build (previous owner had him build the 2nd gen). Looking through I can find all of the pictures about how he ducted it. It's a complete radiator exit, unlike the Border hood, which only a small percentage of the radiator exits through the hood.

Holy thread revival Batman. Ha ha.

I've previously found a couple options that are reasonably priced and similar fitment.

Obviously ducting is essential for this to be a functional mod.

Saving these links for when the time comes.

Yeah they both look like they would work but I'm trying to do something bigger, vent opening the size of a rad. Probably have to do something more custom.
