The higher the torque rating the less street able the clutch will usually be. A smaller diameter clutch (S54 v E153) that will hold truly hold 600 ft/lbs will be much stiffer and have a lot more bite. If it's a street car, I would only run enough to get the job done with a little extra margin. A puck disk with even a stock PP will hold a lot more but then you have the quick engagement.
Southbend Stage 2 - Endurance. I've been loving this clutch for quite a few years now. I've also got a 2gr that I've had supercharged for the last year and a half.
Basically you need a V6/turbo pressure plate with a S series friction disk. Southbend or Clutchmasters can both do that. For the most part their pressure plates are the same, and they vary the friction disk material and/or full-face vs. pucks to achieve higher torque rating.
And since nobody else has mentioned this... the conventional wisdom is that the S54 will not survive long behind a 2GR, much less a supercharged one. Please let us know how it survives.
Yes i know that S54 is not going to hold up forever, just hope that the low KM and taking it easy on the throttle can keep it running until i can swap to a E135 or 6-Speed Transmission.
