New version of the 2GR-FE right side motor mount.

So the time has finally come, with the new suppliers I've been working with on the 2ar-fe stuff i now have the ability to do castings for a very reasonable price. The new version is still quite pretty but it is a different pretty than a full billet piece. I also used the opportunity to upgrade from JIS bolts with washers to proper flanged JIS bolts to be even more OEM like:

also comes with a laser engraved logo now (This is more cost effective than another machining operation to machine the name like i used to)

Importantly, this still has the exact same isolator insert that has performed great so far. The insert is synthetic rubber, not polyurethane so it does a great job of not transmitting high frequency vibrations.

Cool. Like the OEM flanged bolt upgrade. I used some OEM flanged bolts from my bolt bin when I installed the mount.

Yeah, previously i did not have a supplier that could get me 100mm long flanged JIS bolts but i have since fixed that. I do prefer the look of a flanged bolt.

Thank you. It also catches it up to the manufacturing tech i'm using for the 2AR-FE Spyder swap parts. Here's the right side mount for that application:

The transmission mounts though are bent steel, also to follow with the OEM style:

The 2GR does not really fit in the MKI without chopping up the chassis and requiring cutting the chassis really kills sales. That combined with the fact that the newest MKI is now 30yrs old and most are 33 and 34yrs old ( '85 and '86 were the biggest years ) I just can't imagine i'd sell more than 10 kits ever.
