how is it not? Anything built by any manufacturer that is mid engined and not supercar priced would be in many peoples minds.

but it wouldn't be competing as the MR2 is manufactured anymore. You don't compete vs niche old markets really.

Toyota may make another Mr based on the frs. The best thing we could hope for would be a cold war between Honda and Toyota.

There is no MR2 to compete with so how is this a competition? I mean if Toyota did bring back the MR2 it better not be as gutless as the last one and have some style that wasnt meant for broke middle aged housewives.
