who can fix this ecu

I have a gen3 ecu that seems to have went bad. I dont really know what is bad one cap looks like it could be bad but I would like to send it to someone to try to fix. Can someone send me someone's info on who can take a look at it

pretty sure my guy here can do it -- he's working on a gne3 ecu right now and i ordered up a PILE of all of the caps for the gen2,3,4 ecus
