Request: GTX3071 vs GT3071

Anyone have any GTX3071 dynos or better yet, a back-to-back comparison of them on the same car? I haven't been able to find any dynos of the GTX3071 on a 3S yet.

Racer X will have a back to back dyno of a GT3076r vs GTX3076r soon.

Other than that, dont think anyone has a GTX3071r on their motor yet.

From what I have read on other forums the GTX3071r spools like and makes the same power as the regular GT3076R.
The GTX3076r seems to spool slightly later and make 20-30whp more in the top end than the regular GT3076R with the same boost and no changes to motor.

All this makes sense when you look at the compressor maps....

Ya, I suck ass at looking at the compressor maps. From what it looks like though in the ~20lbs range it should have quite a lot of a power difference over the standard GT3071.

I have always liked the GT3071 more on a 3S over a GT3076 (judging from dynos). Hoping the same holds true with the GTX3071! I'll be looking at a new turbo kit in the next month or two so it's been on my mind, a lot!

I look forward to the dyno tho! The gains should be somewhat parallel to the 3071 variants .
